Captain Hugh Responds to Fan Mail

Every week I sift through bags of or fan mail and read 1000s of emails addressed to Captain Hugh. My duties are to categorize the mail into 3 piles: Respond, Don't Respond, and for the Captain to Respond... 10 lucky fans each month get personal messages from Hugh.
